With our specialised personal training studio, we can help you set your goals, provide unlimited support and feedback, and create you a programme that’s designed just for you.

At W Fitness we have 5 Personal Trainers who are all ready to take you to the next level of your fitness goals, you’ll never feel like you’re going through your fitness journey alone!

You’ll receive unlimited support, including access to our email (and in some cases our personal mobile numbers). This means no matter what, you can contact me whenever you need me. You no longer have to remember every question you want answering in your 60 minute session, as even when you’ve finished your session, you can still email or text me any queries you have.

Personal training will improve your body composition, physical performance and of course, improve your overall health.

All 1:2:1 sessions can be booked to fit your schedule.

What you can expect in a 1:2:1 session

Firstly, we’ll get together to complete an initial consultation, this can be done over the phone or in person. This is where we’ll get to know each other a little better to ensure you’ll feel comfortable in our training sessions. We’ll go through your training history, medical history, commitment, diet, and of course, your goals, as well as more. Once I know more about you and what you’re trying to achieve, I can then create your tailored program.

We’ll then create your tailored program, ready for your first session! By getting to know you and the exercises you enjoy in the initial consultation, the programs we create are instantly more sustainable, making you more likely to stick to them and achieve your goals!

In the first session, we’ll take all your measurements, including height, weight, Body Fat %, BMI, Blood Pressure, Resting Heart Rate and Inch Measurements. The plan is totally in your control and personalised for maximum results! Your program will combine cardio, and free weight exercises which will be designed to push you and ensure you’re working towards your desired goals.

Every month we will complete a program review, and re-take your measurements to make sure we’re heading in the right direction. Your program will change, giving each muscle varied exercises to keep them working hard.

Finally, you’ll achieve your desired results!
