W Fitness has teamed up with HD Personal Fitness to bring you Personal Training sessions which will be run by Hannah, a REPs qualified Personal Trainer.

Personal training is a great way to increase your motivation, accelerate your training results and get the best results possible! With our specialised personal training studio, we can help you set your goals, provide unlimited support and feedback, and create you a programme that’s designed just for you.

With Hannah, you’ll never feel like you’re going through your fitness journey alone!

You’ll receive unlimited support, including access to my email and personal mobile number. This means no matter what, you can contact me whenever you need me. You no longer have to remember every question you want answering in your 60 minute session, as even when you’ve finished your session, you can still email or text me any queries you have.

Personal training will improve your body composition, physical performance and of course, improve your overall health.

All 1:2:1 sessions can be booked to fit your schedule.

Firstly, we’ll get together to complete an initial consultation, this can be done over the phone or in person. This is where we’ll get to know each other a little better to ensure you’ll feel comfortable in our training sessions. We’ll go through your training history, medical history, commitment, diet, and of course, your goals, as well as more. Once I know more about you and what you’re trying to achieve, I can then create your tailored program.
I’ll then create your tailored program, ready for your first session! By getting to know you and the exercises you enjoy in the initial consultation, the programs I create are instantly more sustainable, making you more likely to stick to them and achieve your goals!

In the first session, I’ll take all your measurements and before pictures at this stage. The plan is totally in your control and personalised for maximum results! Your program will combine cardio, and free weight exercises which will be designed to push you and ensure you’re working towards your desired goals.

Every month we will complete a program review, and re-take your measurements to make sure we’re heading in the right direction. Your program will change, giving each muscle varied exercises to keep them working hard.

Finally, you’ll achieve your desired results!

Hannah worked with me to achieve my 8 week target of getting ‘riding fit’. Including issues that I have had as long as I can remember with tightness and immobility. Will definitely recommend to the horsey world at least!


I’ve just completed the 8 week summer body workout with Hannah and the results were great.
I’m 50 and hate gyms, but Because Hannah personalised a workout just for me I enjoyed every session.
She provided a diet plan and exercises to do at home too which I am continuing even though the 8 weeks has finished.
