How to SURVIVE the Christmas Holidays


Around this time of year, your Newsfeed is going to be filled with articles on how to ‘survive’ the holidays and how not to gain weight…


BUT if you’re eating healthily the rest of the year and exercising regularly (just 3 x 30 minutes a week is all you need to do!) then you should not fear Christmas! In fact, it’s a great holiday that you should relax and enjoy, so here are my Top 2 Tips on SURVIVING the festivities:


1) Buy a dress that FITS…don’t alter your body to fit a dress,

2) Eat and drink without guilt…if you fancy something, enjoy it!


And that’s all there is to it. So enjoy a mince pie and a hot chocolate…I know I will!
