Our Body Transformation Bootcamps run for 12 consecutive weeks (#BTB12) at various times throughout the year.

#BTB12 is a 12-Week Fitness Programme that combines scientifically-designed workouts with the very best motivation to help you not only transform physically, but gain strength mentally and build a foundation for a healthy lifestyle for life.

Our Body Transformation Bootcamps include:

  • Cardio blast to get our heart rates up

We run 3 classes a week in our fully equipped personal training studio with a maximum of 10 women in any 1 class to ensure we can provide you with your best workout!

Everyone! You can be a novice or an expert for this class, as the #BTB12 Programme is a women-only class. This is a quick paced class but SUPER FUN with lots of giggles along the way, don’t worry – we will demonstrate all exercises so everyone knows exactly what they are doing.
