Our Virtual Fitness Classes
Our virtual fitness classes are just like the real thing!
You’ll need to book your space as they’re still held in our W Fitness Studio, the only difference is that the class is pre-recorded and projected onto the wall for you to follow along to.
The classes are pre-recorded by a W Fitness team member so you’ll know and love the instructor taking the class and feel like they’re right there with you!

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I do the Virtual Class from home?
The virtual classes that we run from our studio can’t be done from home, however, as a W Fitness Member you do get access to our Facebook Group which has ample workouts to do at home that we filmed during the Lockdowns.
What is the difference between a ‘live’ class and a ‘virtual’ one?
The only difference is that our Instructor will be leading you through the workout via a pre-recorded video in the virtual sessions. You can work to your own pace and you still get the great atmosphere as other ladies are joining you live in the class!
Who are W Fitness classes for?
Everyone! Our classes can be taken at your own pace, whether you’ve been to a million classes before or never stepped foot into a gym. If you do have any medical contraindications, please do let us know about these before the class.
Why are W Fitness’ classes different to other classes?
Firstly, our classes are women only as we run these in our women’s only gym, W Fitness, and there’s certainly no need to feel self conscious as we take the class in a mirror-less room so you can just focus on having the best workout! Plus, our classes at W Fitness are only 30 minutes, but you’ll certainly feel like you’ve had a great workout!
