What is TRIBE?
TRIBE is a fitness class aimed at the whole family! There’s space for the babies to lay, kiddies to play and bigger people to SLAY!!
There are adaptations included with every exercise for anyone needing them but also progression exercises for those wanting a hardcore session!
The high intensity interval training is perfect for those wanting to drop a little excess body fat.
All exercises delivered by a certified PT and fitness instructor, qualified in pre and post natal fitness.
Booking is essential to avoid disappointment and to ensure the safe and smooth running of the session.
