Book Your Gym Sessions At W Fitness

Hi ladies,

Please use our new and improved booking in system to book your circuit slots at W Fitness!

You will always be able to book 8 days ahead, simply choose the date you’d like, then the time, click ‘continue’, fill in your details and click ‘confirm’. You will receive an email confirmation (please check your junk emails if this doesn’t come through within 5 minutes).

Please ignore the end time for your session – you will be booked in for the usual 30 minute appointment, i.e if you book the 9:00am – 9:06am slot, your appointment is 9am and will last until you finish the circuit at 9:30am.

Please note: your circuit time is the first time i.e if you book the 9am-9:06am slot, you must be on the bike at 9am to allow for social distancing.

Please read the following before attending your appointment:

Before attending the gym, please do take the time to read our procedures through fully as some have changed since our last ‘re’opening:

  • Firstly, you must book in for your gym session in advance. Unfortunately, we will be unable to have drop ins and require at least 1 hours notice before the time you would like to visit. There will be no exceptions due to the rigorous cleaning required and social distancing measures to ensure a safe environment.
  • Upon reopening we are now able to safely have bookings every 6 minutes to ensure you as the members feel safe, as well as allowing us to follow the social distancing measures, and the guidelines regarding exercising safely.
  • Please arrive at your circuit time (no earlier than 5 minutes before). When you enter, please use the hand sanitiser provided, then grab your programme card, a clean cloth, a spray bottle and then head to the circuit.
  • The circuit remains so that the bike is closest to the door so we can adhere to guidance of ensuring a 1-way system is in place. Once on the circuit, it is exactly as you know it! The machines are in the same order, and we are always available to help guide you round and support you on the free stations.
  • Please use the spray bottle to wipe down the ‘touch points’ on each machine before using them – we have posters up to demonstrate where needs to be cleaned. And, of course, we will still be completing a deep clean at certain points throughout the day.
  • At the end of your workout, you will drop your card in the box, and leave the spray bottle and cloth in the space provided, and you can safely exit the gym.
