Curve training will take you through a programme of high & low impact cardiovascular workouts combined with tailored resistance sessions and core stability exercises.

Contour
Contour training will take you through a programme of all over body sculpting workouts with advanced cardiovascular training and an effective core stability section that will help strengthen the mid-section.
You will learn how to optimise your eating habits to help tighten, tone and define your body. You will realise a leaner, firmer physique and a body with real star appeal.

Svelte
Svelte training will take you through a programme of holistic exercise, through either Pilates or Yoga.
Pilates is an excellent discipline to shapen and lengthen the muscles. It is particularly good for posture and core strengthening as it concentrates on strengthening the deep abdominal muscles.
Yoga is an excellent discipline that improves flexibility and stamina. It is a flowing practice that utilizes challenging postures synchronized with breathing techniques to de-stress and de-toxify the body.

Elegance
The Curve, Contour and Svelte programmes can be combined as the Elegance package. Mixing the different disciplines will give you the benefits of all the programmes.

Stunning
This Wedding programme is specifically designed depending on the requirement of each Bride, Mother of The Bride, Bridesmaids and Groom.
It typically lasts from 3 month to 12 months and can be tailored to include the full Hair & Beauty finishing package at one of our associate salons and an introduction and discount can also be arranged with our associate dress retailers when purchasing your wedding outfits. By closely working with our associates we can take away any guesswork ensuring that your fittings are accurate and a stunning look that you will treasure for the rest of your life.

Glow
Either planning for a baby, carrying a baby or having recently experienced Parenthood can be one of the most exciting stages of your life. Unfortunately, it can be the time for some parents when their bodies start to lose shape. However, moderate, targeted exercise has been proven by medical research to be both beneficial and entirely safe.
Based on scientific research, women are encouraged to maintain a good fitness level during pregnancy resulting in a more manageable labour due to the release of beta-endorphins and a better conditioned mind/ body connection.
Making sure your maternal body is either prepared for birth or recovers after birth is important and needs to be addressed, regardless of fitness levels. This programme is designed to keep you and key areas, such as your pelvic floor, in optimum shape without putting you at risk in any way – all of our trainers are fully qualified in this field.
